Let us know when you want to take off or need to step away in general. Employees and volunteers are required to tell us how long they’ll be away and when they plan to return to work. It is the worker’s responsible to track their deducted days for each bank they pull from. There are (4) types of banks available for workers. Each bank has their own duration cycle and cannot be shared at any point. If you require more days for a bank, you must request more time and depending on which bank you need more time for, you may be required to provide a doctor’s excuse.

Applicants who want to work for Anointed Works are required to select VA (Volunteer Agreement) on their application. At present, we do not provide benefits due to lack of revenue and financial support, but we're diligently exploring avenues to secure high-quality benefits, perks and bonuses for you. This endeavor requires time and the day for its implementation remains uncertain. Rest assured, once a definitive strategy and reliable source are identified, we will update this section accordingly. Regardless of our ability to offer immediate compensation or should we find ourselves unable to pay you in the future, we recognize the importance of benefits as a mandatory aspect for our employees to enjoy upon becoming a part of our workforce.

  1. 18+ years or older

  2. Must speak and type in English.

  3. Must pass a background check.

  4. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  5. Must be punctual and reliable.

  6. Must demonstrate strong communication skills.

  7. Must not be argumentative, combative, sow discord or provoke co-workers or superiors.

  8. Must be able to work a full shift and complete workloads, tasks, assignments, etc.

  9. Must have your own license for Microsoft Office or a active subscription of Microsoft 365

  10. All positions are remote so you need to have a reliable computer,  internet connection and keep computer software up-to-date.

  11. If you are a local Kentucky resident and live within 50 miles of HQ, you are welcome to visit, but due to our home office location being a residential home, you are required to schedule a meeting and all available CEO Board officers will arrange for you to come to HQ or a public location near HQ.

  12. Must be a team player. Meaning, you cannot be argumentative, controlling or hostile towards anyone and must work well with others to the best of your ability.

Whether you are a applicant or a freelance applicant, for remote work at our company you must have a (1) reliable machine and (1) phone or tablet device for communication, video calls, audio calls, etc. Always install the latest updates for your OS (Operating Systems) on your devices to keep them secure and the apps required for work efficiency. 

Program/Software Requirements

  • Applicant must have the LinkedIn application installed on mobile device or computer + a LinkedIn profile. This requirement does not apply to freelancer applicants.

  • Freelancer applicant who apply on our website or apply on our LinkedIn Page (or request to be hired in a DM) must have the Zoom application installed on mobile device or computer and agree to communicate conditions of your FA Contract and other work-related activities on a video call or voice audio call if you do not wish to show your face. This is not up for debate. If you are a freelancer applicant and we hire you for a job, Zoom and the FA Contract is mandatory. 

Step 1: Due to the nature of this application, mobile view will not be compatible for the application process. T o clarify, you can use mobile view, but uploading your document from your mobile device will not be easy. To avoid stressing you out, we require you to apply from a desktop or laptop computer. 

Step 2: Read Work Conduct Policy and keep it in a safe place for your personal records.

Step 3: Open document in Word > Enable Editing.

Step 4: After you read the policy, sign your name, date, select [Save] and upload the document to your application. This is digital file so the document you upload to your application is a auto generated copy. The policy we want you to keep for your records is safe and will be found in location selected to save the document. This could be Downloads/My Documents/Documents, local C Drive/D Drive or a External USB (Universal Serial Bus) device that is connected to your machine.
