Report A Problem
If you need to report someone for violating our Community Guidelines, a policy, etc., please send us a email and in the subject field, type Report. Follow the next steps and have the following information so the Help Desk agent can assist you further.

Screenshot of the name of offender on the Members page and upload the screenshot in your email and any other documentation to support your case.

If you desire, you can upload a recording of the page where the offense started, such as a blog comment, forum comment, blog post, etc.

If posts have a time stamp, be sure to screenshot the time stamp or record the time stamps in your video.
Online Chat Availability
Our support hours are from 9AM-4PM EST Monday-Friday with the fastest response times between 10AM-11PM. The easiest and most effective way to get help is to send us a email. The average response time is (48) hours. If you contact AW Support Team during we will respond to your message at the start of the week in and only during business hours. We have other platforms you can reach AW Support during the week such as X, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok.

We want to hear from you! Let us know how we're doing. We read all submitted feedback and do our best to respond to every message. Any feedback you provide on this site will be labeled confidential and will only be seen by our IT department. AW will be free to use and apply your information on a restricted basis. We will never redistribute your information to the public or sell it to 3rd parities or use your feedback as a way to "track you".
