When we become more known and people join our community, this will be a good outlet to consider for basic questions. In the future we are confident our web community will help you find solutions to your questions.

AW Support agents are here every day to answer your questions during the week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. Visitors and members of our online communities can use the form or send us a email. You can also message us on Facebook or X and request aid there.

Report A Problem

If you need to report someone for violating our Rules (AW Community Guidelines), a policy, etc., follow the next steps and have the following information so we can assist you further. After you have 

  • Screenshot of the name of offender on the Members page and upload the screenshot in your email and any other documentation to support your case.

  • Take screenshots or upload a recording of the page where the offense started, such as a blog comment, forum comment, blog post, etc.

  • If posts have a time stamp, be sure to screenshot the time stamp or record the time stamps in your video.  

Online Availability

Our support hours are from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday with the fastest response times between 10:00 AM-11:00 AM EST. If you contact AW Support when we are closed, we will respond to your message at the start of the week in and  in the order we received your message.

About Accounts

Our team is dedicated to fostering a fair, monitored environment for everyone on our website and our website's mobile app via Spaces. Accounts that violate the Rules will be subject to suspension or account deletion. Something you need to know about our moderation practice is that we do not have a phone number you can call. We do have emails and platforms we use to respond to tickets. Our team is human, so you will never have to deal with a bot system.

​​​​Why Your Account Will Be Suspended​/Deleted​​

Reason 1: Spam

  • A majority of suspended/deleted accounts are flagged as spammy or inauthentic (fake), posing security risks for Anointed Works® and our members.

Reason 2: Account Security Risks

 

  • If we suspect an account has been compromised or hacked, we may suspend it until it can be secured and restored to the rightful owner to mitigate any potential malicious activity.

Reason 3: Abusive Behavior

  • Accounts reported for violating our Rules regarding abusive conduct will be suspended. Engaging in threats or impersonating others can lead to temporary suspension or account deletion.

How To Restore A Suspended/Banned/Deleted Account

If you believe your account was suspended, banned or deleted by mistake, you have options to restore your account, even if it has been banned or deleted.

  1. File a appeal using the support form. Wait time is (3) business days. Resolving your issue can take up to (24) hours.

  2. Send us a email, requesting a review. We welcome you to express yourself, submit evidence and share your story. The more detailed you can be, the more it helps us understand your side of it and your feelings. If we were wrong, we will apologize and take action. If you cannot provide simple testimony with or without evidence, and we have evidence show show where you were wrong, your account will likely we restored if you apologize for your behavior. Wait time is (10) minutes. Resolving your issue can take up to (48) hours.

  3. Send us a message on Facebook or X to open a ticket. Wait time is (20) minutes. Resolving your issue can take up to (48) hours.

  4. Prior to contacting AW Support, contact HR. You will need to provide evidence from emails or screenshots of what was in a email and upload those images to your email to HR to start a formal investigation. Wait time (2) business days. Resolving your issue can take up to (72) hours.

  5. If you do not want to try the other suggestions listed and do not want to talk to AW Support or our HR Department, do not message us on Facebook or X. Go directly to the CEO Board and request a formal investigation to be opened for your case. Wait time is (15) minutes. Resolving your issue can take up to (1) business day.

How To Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your account in general, you must submit a request using our form, stating you want your account deleted. We would offer you the feature to do this from account settings, but our domain provider does not have such a feature so we have to manually delete your account from our system. Anointed Works® will not retain information from your deleted account. Once you request account deletion, we wipe your information and all data pertaining to you from our system as soon as we get your message. There is no countdown and no way to reverse the process. Once you submit a account deletion request, we will delete your account upon review.

Requesting PI (Personal Information)

If you want a copy of your data, fill out the form and select the option, "I want to request my data". If you are also intending to delete your account, you must select the option to request your data, along with account deletion to ensure you will receive your data before we delete your account.​​
