Trademark Guidelines

Trademark & Brand Asset Protection

These guidelines provide step-by-step procedure pertaining to Anointed Works brand assets, which include logos, our name, Zion Studio logos, Zion Studio's name, Unaligned Church logos, Unaligned Church's name, our product icons and the trust they embody. These guidelines to clarify the appropriate usage of our brand assets. Anointed Works retains the legal right to take necessary actions to protect our brand assets and to ensure safety of our IP (intellectual properties).

Anointed Works’s brand assets that encompass Anointed Works Trademarks that are, logos, icons, designs, trade dress, fonts, names of Anointed works, products, services and any other brand elements, that are registered or unregistered are proprietary assets owned solely by Anointed Works and its affiliated companies Zion Studio and Unaligned Church. These Trademark Guidelines directly outline the specific circumstances under which our Brand Assets may be used. To illustrate usage scenarios, Zion Studio, our art department serves as a extended branch of our company. Many uses, including our logos, services, product icons and other designs will require prior licensing. Unless you have explicit permission from Anointed Works, these Trademark Guidelines shall  govern your use of our Brand Assets.

Without a written license or explicit permission from Anointed Works, please refrain from doing the following:

1.) Do not utilize Anointed Work's logos, icons, or designs in any form. This directive extends to all affiliated entities and branches under our ownership.

2.) Avoid incorporating Anointed Work’s Brand Assets into your business, product, service, app, domain name, social media accounts, handles or any other business-related aspects.

3.) Ensure that there is no implication of affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval from Anointed Works.

4.) Do not modify, animate, distort or misuse Anointed Work’s Brand Assets. This includes combining them with other terms, misspellings or integrating them into taglines or slogans.

5.) Avoid using Anointed Work's Brand Assets as nouns or verbs and in entertainment titles such as books, news articles, films, or magazines. The only exemption to this rule is Fair Use.

6) Anointed Work’s Brand Assets should never be more glaringly displayed than your own brand or company name.

 

Do not use Anointed Work's Brand Assets in user groups, fan groups, tech communities or organization names with or without non-profit status.

 

7.) Do not feature Anointed Work’s Brand Assets on any physical goods or packaging, including promotional items, marketing materials or merchandise.

 

8.) Avoid registering terms or logos that resemble Microsoft's Brand Assets as trademarks, service marks, trade names, doing business as designations, or any other proprietary rights.

Legal Disclaimer

The utilization of Anointed Works' Brand Assets is exclusively for the benefit of Anointed Works and all usage must adhere to these Trademark Guidelines or other licensing or contractual agreements with Anointed Works. Third parties, including licensees, are prohibited from asserting ownership rights over Anointed Works' Brand Assets or similar brands that could cause confusion, whether as a trademark, service mark, company name, domain name, social media profiles, handles or in any other capacity. Anointed Works explicitly retains the right to unilaterally terminate, revoke, modify or adjust permissions related to the use of its Brand Assets at our discretion. Anointed Works reserves the right to contest any unauthorized or improper use of its Brand Assets in any jurisdiction where its trademarks are safeguarded locally and internationally.

  • Our icon logo were designed with Looka (formally known as Logojoy) and are registered with the United States Trademark & Patent Office. We retain the copyrights to the logo, its design and all specimens that resemble and mirror the main icon logo.

Zion Studio

Zion Studio is not to be mistaken with Zion Studios, Zion Studios LLC or Zion Studio PH. Those names are legally owned by other copyright holders, but our name name is simply the title of our art  department. Zion Studio operates as a sperate entity and is also a a extension of Anointed Works.

Zion Studio logos were designed with Canva, and are registered with the United States Trademark & Patent Office. We retain the copyrights to the logo, its design and all specimens that resemble and mirror the main icon logo.

Secular Trademarks

All the secular trademarks seen on our website that are or could be in the form of documentary review with images that contain logos and or media trailers that show logos/images are all legal trademarks in the USA or other countries. Anointed Works acknowledges the songs and our "fanart" of original artwork used in the Off-Set Blues® is not ours and we have no legal rights over any original masterworks, song or characters that you see in Off-Set Blues®. The only content that we legally own are the fictional characters Zion Studio and our affiliates produces for Off-Set Blues®. All rights reserved to the authors, artists, publishers, copyright holders and record publishers of their respective and trademarks in the USA or other countries. ​Every illustration, secular characters, company logos mentioned in Off-Set blues® used in Off-Set Blues® falls under Fair Use. We will never make money or monetize the copyrighted materials that are referenced in Off-Set Blues®. If you wish to file a "Cease & Desist" or simply request we do not use your copyrighted content, even though it is protected by Fair Use, please message AW Support and inform our agents that you want us to remove any references, images, reviews, commentary, etc. immediately from our website.

On this day in 1928, Walt Disney Enterprises filed to trademark “Mickey Mouse” with the United States patent office, and to get more insight into this historic event, we turned to the CEO of Trademarkia.com, Raj Abhyanker, who is also an Intellectual Property attorney.
